An Energy Performce Certificate (EPC) provides information on the energy efficiency of your home.

In the same way that electrical appliances such as washing machines are categorised based on how much energy they use, an EPC is similar but applies to your property.

In order to conduct an assessment we must visit your property.

As well as measuring each room, we assess your heating system, number of windows, insultation, type of glazing, thickness of walls, size of windows along with a number of other factors.  It is important that we have full assess to your property in order to complete the full assessment - this includes your roofspace.

Once we have the information we need, we work out the energy performance of your property.  In short, this involves working out the internal space, the percentage of outside walls, the ratio of windows, alongside the type of boiler, thickness and type of insultation.  Based on all these factors we then provide an energy efficiency assessment.
